Each session is designed to maximise your progress, providing personalised attention and guidance on technique to ensure you get the most out of every workout. If you've trained and are frustrated with your progress, just one session with me and you'll see the difference.

We'll start by assessing your goals and by tracking your progress you can experience real measurable results.

30-FOCUS

If you’re short on time but serious about achieving your fitness goals, my 30-Focus programme is designed to give you maximum results in minimal time. Each intense 30-minute session is tailored to fit your busy schedule, with workouts you can slot into your busy week.

You’ll train 2-3 times a week, focusing on a specific area of your choice—whether that’s glutes, abs, arms, back, or fat loss—ensuring you target the exact results you want. After a quick warm-up, we dive right into the workout to maximize every minute.

Starting from just £60 per week, 30-Focus allows you to keep on training  and stay motivated.

After 8 weeks of 30-Focus my abs are starting to re-appear after being hidden away for 10 years . The short, targeted workouts helped by a better diet means I can, train twice a week and be back at my desk in just over an hour
