Your program will be adjusted every four weeks to keep you progressing, and I’ll check in with you weekly on WhatsApp to keep you motivated and accountable. You’ll have access to a workout video library and a tailored supplement plan to support your journey. I’ll make sure you stay on track and achieve your goals with the added benefit of ongoing, personal support.
ONLINE MAX
Online Max gives you everything you need with daily access to me via WhatsApp. You’ll get a personalized training and nutrition plan, updated every four weeks to ensure progress. Whether you have a quick question or need real-time motivation, I’m here to support you. Plus, we’ll have a weekly call to go over your progress. With a workout video library and supplement plan included, Online Max provides flexibility, guidance, and accountability at your fingertips.
HYBRID ONLINE
For those who want a combination of remote and in-person support, Hybrid Online is for you. We’ll start with an in-depth, face-to-face consultation to take photos, assess your fitness measurements and body-fat testing, then set up a personalized training and nutrition plan. Each month, we’ll meet in person to review your progress, and I’ll also catch up with you via bi-monthly calls. You’ll have access to a video library and a tailored supplement plan. This approach gives you the flexibility of online training with the added benefit of regular in-person reviews to help you stay on track.
